For the cleaning of our villas, we ask our guests to step outside and enjoy our socially distanced common areas as our kind housekeepers do a rigorous cleaning while wearing face masks and gloves.
We sanitize all surfaces of the villa, such as doorknobs, remote controls, kitchen appliances and frequently used surfaces with cleaning products approved by health experts, such as disinfectants with no less than 70% alcohol and chlorine. All linens and textiles of the villa are washed at a high heat setting.
Furniture in our common areas are cleaned and disinfected with chlorine on a daily basis and we offer in our pool cabaña a basket with wipes, sprays and gels with 70% alcohol for personal use while enjoying the common areas in a socially distanced manner.
Our staff follows rigorous hygienic practices, such as frequently washing hands, using face masks while working and they all use private transportation offered by Villas Bellavista.
